What services do you offer?
We offer drop-in visits in either 20, 30, or 45 minute increments. Need longer? Just ask!
We will take care of the following on each visit as instructed by you:

Feeding and refreshing the water

Cleaning the litter box and sweeping up the area

Playtime and lots of love

Providing medication (if needed)

Photo and/or videos sent

We will also bring in the mail or water a few plants.

Can I meet you before I leave?
Yes! We offer a complimentary visit to come over to meet you and your fur babies. Once you make a reservation we will reach out to arrange a time that works for us both.
What if my cat is shy?
We will always do our best to ensure your cat is comfortable and safe. Many times when owners are away, even the shyest of cats will come out for some attention.

Can you also care for my other pets?
We are happy to care for other pets along with your cat on a case-by-case basis.

What if my cat becomes sick or injured while I'm away?
If your kitty becomes sick or injured under our care and the symptoms warrant a visit to the vet, we will immediately contact you. If you are not available, we will take your cat to the vet provided by you or if closed, to the Emergency Pet Clinic in San Rafael.

Why should I use you instead of boarding my cat?
Cats love their own space and boarding them can cause many cats a lot of unnecessary stress. Using Jodi & The Pussycats, your kitty can stay at home, safe and comfortable. We will provide you with updates and photos, knowing they're getting all the care they need so when you return, you'll be greeted by a happy, relaxed cat.

Are you insured?
Yes! We are fully insured through Pet Sitters Associates.

What is your cancelation policy?
As long as you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your reservation, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours prior to your reservation, you will receive a 50% refund. ​

Can I modify my reservation?
Yes! If your reservation hasn't started, you may modify it in our system or simply contact us and we will do it for you.

Will you let my cat outside?
We will be happy to let your cat out if they have a harness and leash.

What happens if you get locked out?
We take extra care to make sure we are responsible for your key. If we get locked out, we will notify you immediately to see if there is a spare, and if not, we will pay the cost for a locksmith.
